                     the petitioner is concerned.

                                                           ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the

proceedings in C.C.No.32 of 2022 pending on the file of the Judicial

Magistrate Court, Bodinayanakur, Theni District.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional

Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that C.C.No.32 of 2022, was

ended in acquittal on 02.03.2023 and he has also produced a copy of the

judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, in C.C.No.32 of

2022, dated 02.03.2023.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, as

nothing survives for further adjudication. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petitions are closed.
