dated 07.07.2023, confirmed in O.S.No.444 of 2017 on the file of the

Principal Subordinate Judge, Tenkasi, dated 15.09.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 01.04.2024, there

was no representation for the appellant. Today also, none appears on

behalf of the appellant.

3. Therefore, this Court is of the view that no purpose is going to

be served in keeping this Appeal, pending. Accordingly, this Second

Appeal is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petitions are closed.
