                 PRAYER: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil

                 Procedure, to set aside the judgment and decree dated 24.05.2006 made in

                 A.S.No.110           of 1999    on   the file of the Additional      District   Judge,

                 Ramanathapuram, confirming the judgment and decree dated 16.06.1999 made in

                 O.S.No.330 of 1994, on the file of the District Munsif, Paramakudi.

                                                          JUDGMENT

When the second appeal was taken up for hearing on 05.04.2024, there

was no representation for the appellants during first call as well as second call.
