                 PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for
                 issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to issue legal heirship
                 certificate evidencing the fact that myself and the 1st petitioner are the legal heirs
                 of the deceased Periasamy Poosari in the light of the judgment and decree dated
                 13/04/2018 made in O.S.No.15/2018 on the file of the District Munsif Cum
                 Judicial Magistrate Court, Usilampatti on the basis of the representation dated
                 24/08/2018.

                                                        ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to issue

the legal heirship certificate evidencing the fact that the petitioners are the legal

heirs of the deceased Periasamy Poosari.

2.Mr.G.Suriyanath, learned Additional Government Pleader for the

respondents has submitted the legal heir certificate dated 08.11.2018 before this

Court.

3.In view of the above, this writ petition is liable to be dismissed as

infructuous and is accordingly, is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
