                     (MD)No.9677 of 2011.

                                                             ORDER

Alleging that the order of this court dated 27.03.2014 passed in

WP(MD)No.9677 of 2011, has not been complied with by the respondent

authorities, the present contempt petition came to be filed by the writ

petitioner.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned

counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate

appearing for the respondents in unison, submitted that the order dated

27.03.2014 passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.9677 of 2011, was

challenged by the respondent authorities by filing Writ Appeal in W.A.

(MD).No.529 of 2018 and the said writ appeal, by judgment dated

21.12.2018, was dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a review

application. Thereafter, the respondent authorities preferred Review

application No.5 of 2021, which is pending consideration. Stating so, the

learned counsel submitted that nothing survives for further adjudication in

this contempt petition.

3.Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition is closed.
