                                                        JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the appellant has given a letter, dated

31.08.2023, to the Registry, for listing the writ appeal under the caption “For

Withdrawal”.

2. Accordingly, the writ appeal is listed today under the caption

“For Withdrawal”. The learned counsel for the appellant states that he may be

permitted to withdraw the writ appeal with liberty to file a suit before the Civil

Court.

3. In view of the above, this writ appeal is dismissed as withdrawn

with liberty to the appellant to file a civil suit. No costs.
