This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to set aside the order

passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi in Crl.M.P.No.5992 of 2023

dated 09.08.2023 and direct the respondent police to register the first information

2.This petition has been filed against the dismissal order passed by the

learned Judicial Magistrate, dismissing the petition filed under Section 156(3)

Cr.P.C., which is not maintainable before this Court. The petitioner ought to have

filed proper revision petition.

3.With the above said liberty, this criminal original petition stands disposed

of. Let the certified copy of the above said dismissal order passed by the Judicial

Magistrate Court, which was filed along with this petition, be returned to the

petitioner, by the Registry, under proper acknowledgment, to proceed further in

accordance with law.
