                     PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the

                     Constitution of India, to set aside Fair and Decreetal Order passed

                     by the Principal District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai in I.A.No.178

                     of 2018 in O.S.No.324 of 2012 on 02.08.2018 and allow this Civil

                     Revision Petition.

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order

dated 02.08.2018 passed in I.A.No.324 of 2012 in O.S.No.178 of

2018 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court,

Aruppukottai.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

submits that the suit in O.S.No.324 of 2012 on the file of the

Principal District Munsif Court, Aruppukottai, was disposed of by

its decree and judgment, dated 11.10.2022.

3. In view of the above, in our considered opinion

nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision

Petition.

4. The statement of the learned counsel is placed on

record.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed

as infructuous.

6. No costs.
