[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.]

This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience

of the Judgment, dated 07.11.2019, made in W.A.(MD) No.164 of 2019.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned

counsel on either side made a submission that the Judgment of this Court

dated 07.11.2019, made in W.A.(MD) No.164 of 2019, has been complied with.

3. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is

required in respect of the grounds raised in this contempt petition.

4. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
