                                                        JUDGMENT

(Delivered by the Hon'ble Chief Justice)

We have heard Mr.Ravi, learned Senior Counsel for the

appellant and Ms.S.Shruthi, learned counsel for Mr.R.Vishnu,

learned counsel for the respondent.

2. Learned Senior Counsel for the appellant submits that

pursuant to the order of this Court, the appellant has paid Rs.50.00

lakh and the remaining amount payable is Rs.96,83,110/- (Rupees

Ninety Six Lakh Eighty Three Thousand One Hundred and Ten only).

The appellant may be granted six months' time to deposit the said

amount in equal monthly installments.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent opposes the same and

submits that only three months time may be granted to the appellant

to pay the remaining amount.

4. The appellant shall pay the amount of Rs.96,83,110/- (Rupees

Ninety Six Lakh Eighty Three Thousand One Hundred and Ten only) in

four equal monthly installments commencing from the month of

November, 2023. The installment shall be paid on or before 5 th of

every succeeding calender month.

5. With these observations and directions, the writ appeal stands

disposed of. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently,

C.M.P.No.21792 of 2023 is closed.
