                                                         ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the

proceedings in D.V.No.13 of 2020, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate,

Lalgudi.

2. As per the Hon'ble Full Bench judgment of this Court reported

in 2022 (6) CTC 833, this Criminal Original Petition is not maintainable.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed as not maintainable with liberty to

the petitioner to file appropriate petition before the concerned forum, as per

the Hon'ble full bench judgment of this Court. Consequently, connected

Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
