                                  The learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions, seeks to

                     withdraw the writ appeals, with liberty to pursue the remedy for

                     enhanced compensation.



                                  2. The learned Additional Government Pleader submits that the

                     award is already passed on 20.12.2013.



                                  3. As request is made for withdrawal of appeals, the writ

                     appeals are dismissed as withdrawn. There will be no order as to

                     costs. Consequently, CMP Nos.12469, 12471, 13987, 13999, 14132,

                     14137, 14153, 14142, 14166, 14172, 14171, 14183, 14182, 14186,

                     14185, 14211 and 14212 of 2023 are closed.
