                                                    ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to provide

police protection to the Church named Cornerstone Prayer Hall.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government

Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that petitioner already gave a petition beore

the respondent police seeking police protection, in which, enquiry was

conducted in C.S.R.No.102 of 2023. During the enquiry, petitioner gave a

written undertaking that, in view of the pendency of suit in O.S.No.17 of

2023, he undertook to abide by the Judgment in O.S.No.17 of 2023.

Therefore, complaint given by the petitioner was closed.

3. In the light of the submission of the learned Government Advocate

(Crl. Side) that already suit in O.S.No.17 of 2023 is pending in connection

with this Church, prayer seeking police protection cannot be entertained.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
