This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.93 of

2018 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal

and to quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent

would submit that the accused in C.C.No.93 of 2018 was acquitted by the

learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Namakkal by the judgment dated

22.11.2022.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this

Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands

dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
