in A.S.No.7 of 2015 is now under challenge.

2.This Court is informed that A.S.No.7 of 2015 is disposed off by the first

appellate Court vide judgment and decree dated 27.04.2019.

3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous

and dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected

Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
