                                                      JUDGMENT

Both the learned counsels represented that the matter is

settled out of Court between the parties. The learned counsels

have filed a Joint Memo of Compromise recording the terms of

settlement.

2.The appellant as well as the Director of the respondent are

present in Court along with their respective counsels and they

have acknowledged their signature in the Joint Memo of

Compromise.

3.The Appeal Suit, is therefore, disposed of in terms of the

Joint Memo of Compromise filed by the appellant and the

respondent. The Joint Memo of Compromise shall form part and

parcel of the decree. No costs. Consequently connected

Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
