                     issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent herein to

                     remove the encroachments made by respondents 5 and 6 in the public
                     pathway in S.No.280/11 to the extent of 0.00.46 ares, 280/12 to the extent
                     of 0.00.38 ares and 280/13 to the extent of 0.00.33 ares in Poonjuthi
                     Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District based on the representation of the
                     petitioner dated 22.02.2023.

We have heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. The encroachment is alleged on the pathway allegedly committed

by respondents 5 and 6.

3. Learned counsel for respondents 5 and 6, submits that enquiry was

conducted and the Revenue Divisional Officer passed an order. Against the

same, an appeal is filed and the same is pending before the District Revenue

Officer.

4. As the appeal is pending before the District Revenue Officer, the

parties may take further steps in tune with the judgment that would be

delivered by the District Revenue Officer in the pending appeal.

5. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of.

No Costs.
