COMMON JUDGMENT

Learned counsel appearing for the appellant in W.A.Nos.1613 &

1614 of 2013, on the last occasion, submitted that the Government had

disinvested the appellant Company (AIR India Ltd.) and now, the private

management has taken over the affairs of the entire company and the

employment, recruitment and service conditions have all undergone total

changes. He also submitted that the Trade Union leader who had filed the

writ petition also retired. Learned counsel for the Appellant in

W.A.No.2063 of 2013 sought time to get instructions. Therefore, the

matter is listed today.

2. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant in

W.A.No.2063/2013 submitted that he has no instructions. Therefore,

recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of

the AIR India Ltd. that in view of the changes, the original grievances

may not survive for adjudication, all the Writ Appeals are closed. No
