Sessions Judge of Dharmapuri by reversing the judgment of acquittal passed in Calendar Case Nos.64, 62, 65, 63 & 100 of 2016 respectively by Fast Track Judicial Magistrate of Dharmapuri and allow the Criminal Revision Petitions throughout by acquitting the revision petitioners.

All these matters listed today for final disposal. The learned
counsel appearing for the petitioner is present along with the both parties
and they reported that the parties have amicably settled the dispute. A
joint compromise memo is filed stating that the cheque amount which is
the subject matter of C.C.Nos.62 to 65 of 2016 and C.C.No.100 of 2016
on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dharmapuri, been received
by the complainant. Therefore, seek compounding the offence in the light
of the compromise.
2. All the five revision petitions which are the subject matter

arising from C.C.Nos.62 of 65 of 2016 and 100 of 2016 are disposed of
on recording the compromise. Accordingly, the judgments dated
11.12.2019 made in C.A.Nos.3, 1, 4, 2 & 5 of 2018 respectively by the
learned Additional District and Sessions Judge of Dharmapuri by
reversing the judgment of acquittal passed in Calendar Case Nos.64, 62,
65, 63 & 100 of 2016, respectively, by the learned Fast Track Judicial
Magistrate, Dharmapuri, are set aside. The compromise memo shall form
part of the records.
3. As a result, the offence is compounded and the complaints
are closed. All the Criminal Revision cases are disposed of. Consequently,
connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
