                PRAYER: Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 19(1) of the Family
                Courts Act, 1984 to set aside the order dated 13.02.2018 passed in I.A.No. 541
                of 2014 in O.P.No. 418 of 2014 on the file of the Family Court at Vellore.
                                   For Appellant : Mr. J. Saravana Vel

                                  For Respondent : Mr. C. Thilagaraj

                                                     JUDGMENT

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is directed against the order of the

Family Court, Vellore dated 13.02.2018 in I.A.No.541 of 2014 in

FCOP.No.418 of 2014, in and by which, the appellant is directed to pay a sum

of Rs.4,000/- per month as interim maintenance to the respondent.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel

appearing for the appellant would submit that a sum of Rs.4,000/- per month as

ordered by the Trial court is being paid upto date and the matter has also been

taken up for cross examination of the respondent.

3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the appellant, the

question of interim maintenance need not be gone into at this stage. It is suffice

to direct the Trial Court to dispose of the original petition in FCOP.No.418 of

2014 itself along with connected HMOP No.109 of 2018 as expeditiously as

possible, in any event, not later than two(2) months from the date of receipt of

a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.

No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
