directed to be listed under the caption for dismissal.

2.Accordingly this writ petition is listed under the

caption 'for dismissal' today. When the case is taken up

for hearing there is no representation for the petitioner.

3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for

the 1st respondent submits that criminal case registered

against the 2nd respondent ended in acquittal by judgment

dated 13.03.2020 in SC.No.65 of 2014 on the file of the

Special Court for Trial of Cases under the Prevention of

Corruption Act, Tirunelveli.

4.Since there is no representation for the petitioner,

despite the case is listed under the caption for dismissal,

this writ petition is dismissed for default. No costs.
