Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special

Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the contemnor submitted that the

judgment made in W.A.No.66 of 2019 dated 31.01.2019 has been complied

with and she also produced the proceedings of the respondent made in

Na.Ka.No.4391/A2/2015 dated 10.06.2023.

2. The said submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader

was not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned Special Government

Pleader for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
