Heard Mr.B.Ullasavelan, learned counsel for the appellant;

Mr.S.Yashwanth, learned Additional Government Pleader, for the first

respondent and Mr.D.R.Sivakumar, learned counsel, for the second

respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that after the

filing of the present appeal, the Commissioner has passed a final

order and as such, seeks leave to withdraw the appeal.

3. The writ appeal, as such, stands dismissed as withdrawn.

There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, C.M.P. No. 948 of

2021 is closed.
