Learned counsel for the appellants states that in the light of the order passed in

remand and he is no more aggrieved by the order of the remand passed by the Court.

Therefore, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Miscellaneous

Appeal. Permission is granted. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is

closed.
