                                                           ORDER

This Revision arises against the order of arrest dated 17.02.2017

passed by the learned Executing Court in E.P.No.166 of 2013 in

O.S.No.9930 of 2010.

2.Pending the Revision, the petitioner had deposited a sum of

Rs.5,00,000/-. The decree holder/ respondent is permitted to withdraw

the said amount for which the learned counsel for the petitioner has no

objection.

3.On a query as to when he will pay the remaining amount, the

learned counsel has filed an affidavit of the Judgment Debtor stating

that he will pay the entire amount of a sum of Rs.34,65,860/- toward the

full and final settlement within a period of six months from today.

4.The said undertaking affidavit is taken on record and shall form

an integral part of the record in the Revision. The undertaking is

recorded and the above captioned Civil Revision Petition is disposed of

in the terms of the said undertaking. No costs. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.

5.List the case on 08.01.2024 for reporting compliance.
