                     PRAYER: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of the Code of Civil

                     Procedure against the judgement and decree of the learned Principal

                     Subordinate Judge, Villupuram made in A.S.No.86 of 2006 dated 04.09.2008

                     reversing the judgement and decree of the learned First Additional District

                     Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate No.1, Ulundurpet made in O.S.No.360 of

                     1997 dated 30.11.2005.

                                                           JUDGMENT

Considering the fact that the entire amount has been paid and the same

vide his letter dated 31.07.2022. Nothing further survives for consideration in

the above Second Appeal.

2. The Second Appeal is therefore disposed of stating that the entire
