COMMON ORDER These contempt petitions have been filed praying to punish the
respondents for wilfully disobeying the orders passed in W.P.No.8650 of
2020, W.P.No.14200 of 2020 and W.P.No.10081 of 2021 dated
25.03.2021.
2. When these matters came up for hearing on 05.08.2022, this
Court passed the following order:
"The learned counsel for the respondent has placed the order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in S.L.P.Nos.13070 to 13075 of 2022, which has been preferred against the judgment of this Court in Writ Appeals dated 30.06.2022.
2. In that Special Leave Petition, notice has been ordered and further it is directed that in the mean time, contempt proceedings may be deferred.
3. In view of the orders passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, list this matter after 12 weeks."
3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that all steps are being
taken to get the Special Leave Petition posted for final hearing before the
Apex Court. Since the Apex Court has directed this Court to defer the
contempt proceedings, judicial discipline requires that no further orders
should be passed in these contempt petitions. It is left open
