This Writ Appeal has been filed to set aside the order dated

13.03.2019 passed in W.P.No.20567 of 2018.

2.When this Writ Appeal was taken up for consideration, the learned

counsel appearing for the appellant fairly submitted that he is withdrawing

this Appeal and he has also filed a letter dated 03.01.2023 to that effect.

3. Recording the above submission and the letter filed by the learned

counsel for the appellant, this Writ Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. No
