                praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent conduct
                enquiry into the complaint of the petitioner, dated 12.11.2022, regarding the
                registration of fraudulent document in Doc.No.6096/2022 executed by the third
                respondent in favour of the fourth respondent as against the judgment and
                decree passed in the suit.

Heard the learned Counsel on either side.

2. The first respondent is directed to pass order on the petition mentioned

complaint / representation on merits and in accordance with law within a period

of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it

clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the first

respondent to pass order one way or the other. Interested persons shall be put

on notice before passing final order. This writ petition stands disposed of

accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected

Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
