                    the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul dated 14.10.2019.

                                                     JUDGMENT

This First Appeal is filed against the Judgment and decree passed in

O.S.No.22 of 2013 on the file of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Dindigul

dated 14.10.2019.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the appellant and the

learned Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the materials

available on record.

3. This case was referred to Mediation on 13.12.2022 and

accordingly, Mediation was conducted on 02.03.2023 and the Joint

Compromise Memo has also been filed on the same day along with terms

of the settlement before this Court duly signed by the appellant as well as

the respondents. The Mediation report and the terms of the settlement of

the Joint Compromise Memo are hereby recorded and the same will form

part and parcel of the Judgment and decree of this First Appeal.

4.In the result, this First Appeal is disposed of in terms of the

Compromise Memo. There shall be no order as to costs. The Registry is

directed to refund the Court fee, since the matter is settled on Mediation.
