                     Procedure, read with Section 2[1][c] [xviii] read with Section 7 of the
                     Commercial Courts Act, 2015, praying to pass the judgment and decree:-

                                  a. Direct the Defendant to pay a sum of Rs. 1,80,31,840/- (Rupees

                     One Crore Eighty Lakhs and Thirty One Thousand Eight Hundred Forty

                     Only), towards the outstanding principal amount along with interest

                     calculated at 24% per annum on the principal amount of Rs.1,39,94,000/-

                     (Rupees One Crore Thirty Nine Lakhs Ninety Four Thousand Only) from

                     the date of the Plaint till date of realization; and



                                  b. Direct the Defendant to pay the Costs of this suit.

                                                           JUDGMENT

The plaintiff and the defendant have entered into a compromise which

has been reduced into writing in a Joint Memo of Compromise dated

the defendant and also by their respective counsels. The said Joint Memo of

Compromise dated 03.08.2023 is taken on file.

2. Accordingly this Civil Suit is decreed in terms of the Joint Memo

of Compromise dated 03.08.2023. The terms contained in paragraph

Nos.8(a) to (d) of the Joint Memo of Compromise signed by the plaintiff

and the defendant shall form part of this judgment and decree.

Consequently, connected application is closed. No Costs.
