Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India,
praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents
to consider the petitioner s representation dated 10.07.2014 to issue patta.

ORDER
None appears for the writ petitioner.
2.I went through the averments set out in the affidavit filed in
support of the writ petition and also the materials enclosed in the typed
set of papers.
3.The writ petitioner figured as the first defendant in O.S.No.349
of 1995 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Vedasandur. The suit
was for declaration and permanent injunction. The suit was decreed on
19.10.2007. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner filed A.S.No.12 of

2008 before the Additional Sub Court, Dindigul. Vide judgment and
decree dated 23.12.2010, the appeal was allowed and the judgment and
decree passed by the Trial Court was set aside. The petitioner claims that
this judgment of the first appellate Court has become final. On the
strength this decree, he wants mutation to be made in the revenue record.
He has given a representation also.
4.The petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh application before
the fourth respondent. If the petitioner is no more, his legal heirs may
submit a fresh representation. If the fourth respondent receives any such
application, the same will be enquired into and disposed on merits and in
accordance with law after issuing notice to all the interested persons
within a period of three months thereafter.
5.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
