                     decree on the following terms:
                                  a) a Decree directing the 1st Defendant to pay the sum of
                     Rs.1,02,96,213/- with subsequent interest at 30% per annum on
                     Rs.64,35,133.00 from the date of the Plaint till the date of
                     realisation as against the Defendants and in favour of the Plaintiff;


                                  b) award costs of the suit.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks permission of this

by the learned counsel for the plaintiff, this Civil Suit is dismissed

as withdrawn. The Registry is directed to refund the Court fees as

per the rules to the plaintiff. No costs.
