                                                              ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the

judgment dated 16.02.2022 passed in W.A.No.1812 of 2018 by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.07.2023, the

learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the Respondents

submitted that pursuant to the Government Order issued in G.O.(2D) No.139

dated 20.06.2023, the 3rd Respondent had issued proceedings dated

22.06.2023 to the Petitioner and the appointment given to him is without

prejudice to his rights in the Review Petition. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Cont.petn.No.2727 of 2022

2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned

counsel for the Petitioner submitted that though an Appointment Order was

issued to the petitioner, without prejudice to the rights of the parties in the

Review Petition, the entitlement of the petitioner to the consequential

benefits have not been reflected in the Government Order and hence an

errata may be issued, incorporating the consequential benefits that would be

extended to him depending upon the outcome of the review petition.

3. We are not inclined to make any observation on that score. It is

made clear that the petitioner will get appropriate relief based on the order

that is going to be passed in the Review petition.

In view of the aforesaid observation, this Contempt Petition stands

closed.
