It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Block

Development Officer, Nanguneri by his proceedings dated 31.07.2023 has

complied with the impugned order that is challenged in this writ appeal.

Therefore, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the

appellants seek permission of this Court to not press the writ appeal and has

also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above, this writ appeal is dismissed as not

pressed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
