representation for the appellant and hence, it was directed to be posted today

under the caption "For Dismissal". Even today, there is no representation for

the appellant. Hence, this Court has no other option except to dismiss the

writ appeal for non-prosecution.

2. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No

costs.
