                PRAYER: The Appeal Suit is filed under Section 96 of the Civil Procedure
                Code, against the judgment and decree of the learned District Judge, Sivagangai
                in O.S.No.24 of 2010 on 03.04.2014.

                                               JUDGMENT

This appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree dated

03.04.2014 in O.S.No.24 of 2010 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge,

Sivagangai.

2. When the appeal is came up for hearing, the appellants and the

respondents are present before this Court and filed a Joint Compromise Memo,

wherein, all the parties are signed and they have also agreed to accept the

compromise. The respondents also admitted that they have received a sum of

Rs.20,00,000/- today by way of Demand Draft.

3. In the light of the above, the decree and judgment of the trial Court is

set aside and the Appeal Suit is disposed of, in terms of the Memo of

Compromise filed under Order 23 Rule 1 of the Civil Procedure Code. The

Compromise Memo shall form part of the decree and judgment. The appellants

are permitted to get the original document from the trial Court. No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.

4. The Registry is directed to send the document to the trial Court by

substituting Xerox copies.
