                                                       ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C.,

seeking orders, to quash the charge sheet in C.C.No.141 of 2019 on the file of

the learned Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, dated 05.05.2019 .

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,17.04.2023), the

learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the learned

Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, after trial, has passed the judgment, dated

06.04.2023, acquitting all the accused, including the present petitioner and he

has also produced the copy of the Court disposal form.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as

infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
