                     to set aside the judgment and decree dated 12.11.2010 made in A.S.No.12 of
                     2010 on the file of the I Additional District and Session Judge (Protection of
                     Civil Rights), Thanjavur confirming the judgment and Decree dated
                     27.01.2010 made in O.S.No.28 of 2002 on the file of the Additional Sub-
                     ordinate Court, Thanjavur.
