                                                        ORDER

The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the

delay of 805 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, (i.e.,19.09.2022),

the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to

withdraw this petition and he has also sent a letter, dated 30.08.2022, to the

Registry in this regard.

3. In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is

dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is

rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs
