            Prayer: This Civil Miscellaneous Second Appeal is filed under Section 28 of Hindu

            Marriage Act and Section 100 of the Code of Civil Procedure, against the judgment

            and decree passed by the Principal District Court, Virudhunagar District at

            Srivilliputhur, in H.M.C.M.A No.12 of 2009, dated 19.12.2011, in reversing the well

            considered judgment and decree passed by the Sub-Court, Srivilliputtur, in

            H.M.O.P.No.194 of 2008, dated 27.08.2009 and allow this Appeal.

                                                   JUDGMENT

2. It is seen that the appellant and the respondent are living together. The

appellant has sent a letter in writing stating that he is not pressing the case.

effect and prayed the appeal to be dismissed as withdrawn.
