This Review Application SR has been filed to review the judgment dated

1/9/2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.23363 of 2022.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioners submitted that since the order of this Court, dated

1/9/2022 has been complied with, nothing survives for further adjudication in

this matter. Hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw

Rev.Application in SR stage and he has also made an endorsement to that

effect.

Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
