                 Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 115 of the Civil Procedure
           Code, against the order and decree passed in E.A.No.74 of 2012 in E.P.No.86 of
           1998 in O.S.No.74 of 1997 on the file of the I Additional Sub Court, Cuddalore,
           dated 23.09.2014.

                                                        JUDGMENT

When the matter is taken up for hearing, both the learned counsel submitted

that the dispute between the parties had already been settled through Mediation

and they filed a Settlement Agreement signed by both the representative of the

petitioner as well as by the respondents along with their respective learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner as well as for the respondents. The said Settlement

Agreement is extracted hereunder:

"1. Disputes and differences had arisen between the Parties hereto and CRP.NPD.4583 of 2014 was filed in the year 2014 before Hon'ble High Court.

2. The matter was referred to mediation / conciliation vide an order dated 27.04.2021 passed by Hon'ble Mr.Justice A.D.Jagadish Chandira.

3. The parties agreed that Miss.A.C.Jayalakshmi would act as their Mediator / Conciliator.

4. Several meeting were held during the process of Mediation / Conciliation from 01.03.2022 to 15.06.2022 and the parties have with the assistance of the Mediator / Conciliator voluntarily arrived at an amicable solution resolving the above mentioned disputes and differences.

5. The parties hereto confirm and declare that they have voluntarily and of their own free will arrived at this Settlement Agreement in the presence of the Mediator / Conciliator.

6. The following settlement has been arrived at between the parties hereto:

A. Both parties came for amicable settlement. The 1st respondent / N.Banumathi is represented by her husband M.Natarajan due to her medical issues. Which is supported by her consent letter, medical certificate enclosed herewith. The 2nd respondent is represented by his Power Agent N.Balaji S/o.M.Natarajan.

B. Petitioner / Mr.S.Ramadoss accepted to pay Rs.1,25,000/- (One Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand Rupees) to the 1st respondent / N.Banumathi W/o.M.Natarajan on or before 28.06.2022.

C. The petitioner has no objection for receiving the auction purchase amount Rs.16,55,720/- with available interest along with the bondage amount paid by the 2nd respondent in the Trial Court at the time of taking the auction property.

D. The 2nd respondent / auction purchaser / T.Kaliaperumal represented by his Power Agent N.Balaji S/o.M.Natarajan, accepted to cancel the Sale Deed Doc No.4485/2011 dated 28.11.2011 registered before Joint-I Sub Registrar, Cuddalore and release in favour of the petitioner / S.Ramadoss.

E. The petitioner has no objection to receive the court fees stamp paid by the 1st respondent / plaintiff in O.S.No.74/1997 on the file of the Sub Court, Virudhachalam.

7. By signing this Agreement the parties hereto state that they have no further claims or demands against each other with respect to CR.NPD.4583/2014 (Case No) and all disputes and differences in this regard have been amicably settled by the parties hereto through the process of Conciliation / Mediation."

2. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, no further

adjudication needs to be arrived in this petition in respect of the grounds raised

therein.

3. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed on the terms of

the Settlement Agreement. No costs. The Settlement Agreement shall form part of
