                                                         ORDER

A letter dated 12.09.2022 has been given by the learned counsel for the

petitioner/appellant along with the letter dated 03.09.2022 given to him by the

appellant stating that she do not wish to proceed with the second appeal, as the

parties have compromised the matter out of the Court and hence, nothing

survives for adjudication.

2. Recording the same, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed

as settled out of court. Consequently, S.A.SR.No.58972 of 2019 is closed at

the S.R.stage itself. No costs.
