                                                           JUDGMENT

Appeal Suit is filed to Set Aside the Decree and Judgment made in

O.S.No.34 of 2009 on the file of the Additional District Judge, (Fast Tract

Court No.2), Cuddalore dated 31.01.2011.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsels that the matter has been

settled before High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and Settlement

Agreement dated 01.09.2022 has also been entered before the Centre. The

relevant paragraph of the Settlement Agreement is extracted here under

"A. The Respondent No.1 agrees to pay an amount of Rs.6 lakhs to the Appellant.

B. The Appellant agrees to handover the possession of the property including the Key to the house, on receipt of the amount of Rs.6 lakhs, on or before 01.12.2022."

In view of the settlement arrived at between both the parties, this

Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement. The

Decree and Judgment of the Trial Court is modified accordingly. The

Settlement Agreement shall form part of the Judgment and decree.
