                                                            ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the Fast Track Court at

Magisterial Level, Tiruppur to complete the trial and pronounce the

judgment in S.T.C.No.2427 of 2022 (Previously S.T.C.No.2697 of 2020 on

the file of the Judicial Magistrate I, Tiruppur) pending before the Fast Track

Court at Magisterial Level, Tiruppur in accordance with law, within the

stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be

a direction to the Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level, Tiruppur to

complete the proceedings in S.T.C.No.2427 of 2022 within a period of six

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above

direction.
