In our earlier order dated 03.12.2021, we have directed the Registry to

refer the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court

enabling the parties to appear and reach an amicable settlement. Accordingly,

the parties have appeared before the Mediation Centre and a settlement was

amicably reached between the parties on 22.08.2022.

2. We have perused the settlement agreement dated 22.08.2022. Both

parties and their respective counsels have appended their signature agreeing to

the terms and conditions mentioned therein.

3. Therefore, placing the settlement agreement on record, we dispose of

this appeal in terms thereof and the settlement agreement shall form part of the

decree. There shall be no order as to costs in this appeal.
