                PRAYER:- Petition - filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to
                issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 6 his men, agent,
                servant or any one claiming under them not to involve in the civil dispute which
                is the subject matter of A.S.No.1 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned II
                Additional Sub Judge, Trichy filed as against the judgment and decree dated
                25.02.2013 in O.S.No.340 of 2007 on the file of the learned I Additional
                District Munsif and not to harass the petitioner.

This Writ Petition was filed to forbear the respondent police from

entertaining the complaint given by the private respondents on the ground of

land grabbing, since there was a pending civil dispute between the parties.

2.When this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional

Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents, on instructions,

submitted that the complaint itself has been closed.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
