ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of
Writ of Mandamus directing the third respondent to issue patta to the
property of the petitioner comprised in Survey No.643/1A and 643/1B
measuring an extent of 1528 square feet in Sholinganallur Village,
Sholinganallur Taluk forthwith without insisting No Objection Certificate
from the respondents 1 and 2 in the light of the order dated
23.08.2013 passed in W.P.No.516 of 2006 and the Judgment dated
09.11.2017 passed by the Division Bench of this Honourable Court in
W.A.No.934 of 2014.

2.It is represented by the learned Additional Government Pleader
that during the pendancy of this writ petition, patta was issued in
favour of the petitioner. Hence, no further adjudication is necessary in
this writ petition.
