                     impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in na.Ka. 1129 / 2022 / G dated
                     29.07.2022 and quash the same consequently directing the respondents herein
                     to survey the property comprised in TS. No. 3/3 3/8 3/9 3/10 and 3/11 of
                     Narasothipatti Village Salem West Taluk Salem District in the light of the
                     Judgment of this Honble Court made in the order dated 05.10.2020 in WP
                     (MD) No. 13465 of 2020 and fix boundary stones within a reasonable time as
                     fixed by this Honble Court or pass.

                                                            ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for

the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has

also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. However,

liberty is granted to the petitioner to file appropriate Interlocutory Application

before the Civil Court in O.S.No.584 of 2021. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
